His journey into the tech world began soon after purchasing his first computer, which led him to discover that he had a natural talent for resolving computer issues. This passion has only intensified as the technology landscape has evolved.
He specializes in collaborating with a diverse range of companies, integrating cutting-edge technology and systems, and optimizing their business operations. Over the years, he has built a team of technology experts committed to client success. With a strong focus on technology, security, and problem-solving, his team delivers tailored solutions to propel businesses forward.
Under Dan’s leadership, Rock Solid Technology has grown into a security-focused award-winning managed services provider that continually adapts to meet clients’ needs with the latest technology and security tools. He is a sought-after speaker at IT conferences nationwide, where he shares best practices for IT services providers and insights on running a business that values faithfulness over mere success.
Dan resides in Ventura, California with his wife Cathi and their whippet, Hartley. Dan and Cathi are actively involved in their community, offering premarital mentoring, and performing weddings. Additionally, they are certified Genesis Process coaches, helping individuals overcome self-destructive and addictive behaviors through one-on-one and small group sessions.

Brian Buell is a distinguished IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the technology sector. His extensive expertise spans network design and implementation, project management, unified communication, wireless technologies, security, surveillance systems, and access control. Brian’s deep technical knowledge and innovative approach to IT have been instrumental in deploying robust solutions that meet the complex needs of his clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Over the years, he has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects, ensuring they exceeded expectations.
Throughout his career, Brian has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in both hardware and software, designing and deploying cutting-edge networks and comprehensive communication and connectivity solutions. Moreover, Brian is committed to knowledge sharing and support, having conducted numerous technical training sessions to equip teams with the skills needed to excel in their roles. His mentoring and leadership foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving the success of the projects he oversees. As a Technical Professional and former Industry Application Specialist in Aviation for IBM, Brian installed and managed systems nationwide and has worked with clients in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
Brian has been a Ventura County resident most of his life and lives in Simi Valley, California with his wife and two children. In his free time, Brian likes to spend time with family and friends. He is an avid photographer and has photographed community arts performances for more than 20 years.

Beranda Jones is an accomplished engineer with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. Her career began as an intern at Rock Solid while she pursued a degree in Computer Science. Over the years, she has honed her skills in systems administration, virtualization technologies, and implementing robust backup and recovery solutions. She is also proficient in fortifying network security, programming routers, and seamlessly managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Beranda is always ready to take on any challenge with innovative solutions and infectious enthusiasm. She empowers her teammates and helps clients navigate the world of technology with expertise and reliability. Her passion for learning and adaptability makes her a tech trailblazer, eager to explore new horizons and keep up with the latest trends. Beranda’s commitment to excellence and clear, friendly communication makes her a client favorite and an invaluable asset in the fast-paced world of IT.
Beranda is a Ventura County native; however, she now lives in the beautiful state of Idaho with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys reading books, watching movies, binging TV shows, playing games of all sorts, and spending time outdoors. Beranda is also an accomplished voice-over artist. Her voice can be heard in auto-attendants, call queues, and recordings across Rock Solid’s Unified Communications customer base.
